OCCUPATIONAL PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES: We are different to other Occupational Psychologists in that we come to you, work from your office so that your Client does not feel that they have been "shuffled off" to yet another agency - you are perceived as "owning" the process. Reports are delivered on the day of assessment, or at the very latest, the next morning, so you don't have to wait for weeks to advise your client about the next steps. WORKPLACE ASSESSMENT: Workplace assessment generally involves assessing the skills of your staff against a set of criteria, we come to your worksite and conduct the necessary assessment in agreement with nationally recognised standards.
